Enable Talent is a Canadian platform dedicated to connecting individuals with disabilities to employment opportunities, while providing accessible solutions tailored to their needs. The project involved creating both job placement tools and accessible digital experiences.
Objective
The core challenge was ensuring full accessibility across all aspects. This included designing an accessible job portal, building external solutions to meet diverse user needs, and maintaining accessible front-end designs.
Solution
Over the course of a year, we delivered a fully accessible front-end experience, implemented the job portal, and ensured all external solutions met accessibility standards—resulting in a satisfied client and a product ready to empower.
